Titanium Dioxide

FORMULA£ºTiO2
PROPERTIES AND APPEARANCE: white powder, insoluble in water, soluble in hot and concentrated strong acid and alkali, having the good chemical stability; It has strong achromatic power, covering power, with excellent properties of pigment.

We produce two types of titanium dioxide: anatase(A) and rutile(R) .

anatase(A)

The anatase type, BA01-01 pigment Titanium Dioxide, is high purity product with fine and even particles, good optical property, high refraction index, high achromaticity, good color shielding power, low oil absorption, high water dispersibility, etc. Paint and coating made from it is brightly colored, highly opaque, thin in coating thickness and low in amount needed, and is chemical stable, resistent to acid, alkaline or heat.

Application: It is widely used in industries such as paint, printing ink, rubber, glass, cosmetic , soap, plastics and paper etc.

rutile(R)

PROPERTIES AND APPEARANCE: White powder, insoluble in water, non-toxic, chemically extremely stable, surface treated with silicon, aluminum compounds and modified with organic compounds, it has excellent pigment properties, such as high whiteness, gloss, hiding ower, tint reducing power and dispersibility, excellent weathering resistance and chalking esistance.

MAIN APPLICATIONS: it is widely used aqueous and solvent-based exterior paints, electro-deposition paints, plastics, rubber, printing ink, high quality paper, waxed paper and leather finishes, cosmetics etc.

STANDARD OF PRODUCT: GB1706-96 BA01-03

PACKING: Kraft paper bag lined with plastic film, net weight 25kgs.

The Rutile type has the merit as well as that of Anatase .In addition , it has an advantage of durbility and hiding power.

Application: It is widely used in plastics, superb industrial paints, gloss emulsion paints, high quality paper coatings, waxing stock and rubber floorings where high achromatism and good lightfastness are required.
